Every now and again we'll ask you to remove a frame from your shelves and just "hide" it somewhere... as opposed to sending it back to Peak Frames's warehouse.
The reason for this is simply to not sell it while our stocks are "low" in the warehouse whilst we wait for stock replenishment.
We have a live "view" of the stock and do a recon daily to ensure we never run into any awkward situations where we don't have the stock or need to get it from another practice etc. (although this might sometimes happen, we'll do our best to avoid it and be pre-emptive #NotRepeatingPastMistakes
We re-order low, or high-selling stock monthly... but when our warehouse stock goes below 3 units, we'll send a Slack and/or an email to ask you to "hide" the frame.
As soon as we receive our replenishment stock, we'll let you know and you can put that "hidden" frame back on your shelves.
We've ensured that you have more-than-is-needed frames, so a few frames that are "hidden" won't affect sales.
