When A Frame Is Out Of Stock
We have simplified the process for out-of-stock frame ordering.
👁 PLEASE NOTE : This process is for when it shows "No Warehouse Stock" in the warehouse, BUT you DO have it on your shelves.

Instead of having to email us and ask us what you should do, the new process is:
1. Ensure you have the frame in-store (this means you have hold it, physically, in your hand)
2. Add the frame to your cart on Peak Frames and checkout, where your screen will look like this:
Everything here looks like it normally does, but you'll see the extra field where it says: "Will Essilor Collect This Frame From Your Practice"
3. In this field, simply say "Yes"
We'll then receive that order and adjust your stocklist that we have accordingly (but please adjust yours as well)
For these specific orders, you'll see on your order list that it says "Failed On ERP"... this means that you did it correctly (we know, strange right)
🕶 IMPORTANT NOTES
- When you send a frame for your practice, it does not mean that we'll be sending a replacement frame; this will be done when we get top-ups or when needed.
- If you do not have a frame, but are looking for it, please ask us on frames@peakframes.co.za
