We've made ordering frames as simple as possible 😎

Once you've logged in, you'll be met by this screen:

1. Visual Categories: If you click on these, you'll see the frames in that particular category.
2. Categories "Homepage": If you ever want to see this exact page, simply click on this text.
3. Search Bar: You never have to scroll through all frames, simply search for the one you need by typing it in here.
4. Categories & Sub-Categories bar: If you want to expand the categories into sub-categories, simply click on the arrows.
5. Image Amount: You get to choose how many frames you want to see on one page. Simply select your choice.
6. Displays: You can choose how you want to display the frames. List or Grid.
7. Essilor Ordering: If you want a shortcut to ordering your lenses, simply click here.
8. Credit Notes: No more bookmarking the form, simply click here and be taken to the credit request form.
9. Orders: You'll be able to see all the orders you've created, since forever, here.
10. Cart: Once you select a frame, it will populate in the cart.
11. Account: If you want to see your details, change a password etc. This is where you do it.

If you choose to search, you'll be directed to the frame you want, but if you want to browse a category, as in the screenshot below, you'll see the frames in that category.

1. You'll see that there is a live count of the available frames. If this is 0, it means that the one you have with you is the last one and will have to be sent to Essilor from the practice. Let us know on frames@peakframes.co.za if this is the case; we will, however, be keeping an eye on these quantities pre-emptively.
2. When you found the frame you want to order, click on the "CART" icon.
   
   

As soon as you add this to your cart, you'll see a green block that says the frame has been added to your cart.

To go to the checkout, click on the Cart icon and then on Checkout

The checkout page looks like this:

Here you'll have a few options:

1. Shipping Method

1. To Essilor: Your frame will be sent directly to Essilor.
2. To Eye Stock: Your frame will be sent to Eye Stock.
3. To Practice: Your frame will be sent directly to your practice. Handy for when someone wants to simply order/buy a frame. Take note that this option will incur a courier fee of R75 (ex vat)

2. Patient Name: Ensure the patient's name is inserted and spelled correctly.
3. Essilor RX Number: Insert your Essilor RX Number (mostly also the name & surname) here.
4. Payment Method: This won't be able to change, but is just shows that the order is "on account"
5. Customer Note: If need be, write anything you want Peak Frames to know here.
6. Submit Order: If everything is correct, click on Submit Order...
   
   

... and if you click on the "Orders" tab after, you'll be able to see if your order went through, as well as all previous orders.

And that's it... your frame has been ordered.
