As we review Meg’s answers, the need to put a conversation on a “Review” status will become less.
Examples of when they don’t have to be “Reviewed” anymore will be added here and I’ll update you as a new scenario happens… starting with:
Scenario #1
This client has asked questions and booked an appointment… and Meg’s asked if there are any other things she can help with, but the client said that they’re “good”.
Scenario #2
Always read through the conversation and see what Meg answers etc.
BUT
After each answer, Meg asks: “Does that answer your question?”
If the client answers with “Indeed” and the conversation seems like the client’s questions have been answered, close the conversation.
