Updating/Changing Work & Closing Times on Simply Book

Updating/Changing Work & Closing Times on Simply Book

Every now and again, you'll have to change your practice's schedule.

* PLEASE NOTE that you have to change YOUR Optom's schedule, not the practice or any other place on SimplyBook. You ONLY change the Optom's (or "extended book's") schedule

Head to Manage > Service Provider > Your Optom's Profile

Over here you'll be able to see the current daily schedule where you can change the DAILY schedule.

For anything "more" (specific days, or range of days), click on "Show Advanced Settings"

You'll see your schedule (just in a different visual format) over here as well.

On the top bar, you'll see "Special Days Schedule"...select that option for specific days.

Over here you'll be able to select a date or range of dates to edit.

As an example, I'm going to select 9 July, and then click on "Setup Schedule" at the bottom of the page.

Over here you'll be able to change the dates for THAT SPECIFIC DAY or even choose to select to close the day completely by toggling the "Is Working Day?" button

If you click on "Show Advanced Settings" here, it just gives you a different view for the specific day.

Ensure you click "Done" and that day will then have that specific times/availablility.
