As with everything, we can always search for a client, chat etc.

but

to ensure it searches correctly, follow the steps below:

Always ensure that all filters are removed and type a name, email or contact number

As soon as you search for something, it will show if it is available, as well as more options if there are.

Simply click on it and you’ll see the conversation.
