There are scenarios where it will just be easier to as the Ecomm department to reach out to a client… like with the following
Scenario #1

In this scenario, someone stated that they wanted to order online, but that our answer wasn’t sufficient; the conversation went nowhere after that and because it is a Web-Meg chat, we can’t reach out on Meg again.
You could reach out to them by phone, but if their intention is to go online, ask the Ecomm people to deal with them as it will become their customers.
Scenario #2

We’ll have an option soon for clients to be able to choose a collection point instead of delivery on the website… but let the Ecomm people sort this.
Scenario #3

Lizelle can’t find here prescription, but we don’t know if she’s with us or not… and we can go and look for it, but since it is an Ecomm “thing” and a client that will order online, let them handle it 🙂
