ITEC Call Logging Procedure

ITEC has an easy way to get in contact with them, simply use one of the “departments” below that applies to your issue/problem/query.

    • Serial Number (if available)
    • Fault Description

The following information is required to log a Consumables issue with the ITEC service desk:

    • Device Model: i.e., ITEC C300i
    • Serial Number of the device
    • Current Meter Reading
